i. Your place is not confirmed until full payment is received.
ii. You are strongly recommended to take out insurance in case you have to cancel at the last minute for medical reasons. If you cancel up to 8 weeks prior to the course you will receive a full refund. Less than 8 weeks, we will give you a refund if we can sell your place.
iii. Attendees attend at their own risk. We do not accept any responsibility for your models and equipment, and we recommend you insure them.
iv. In the unlikely event of disputes, then they will be resolved in a spirit of constructive co-operation and equal partnership between both parties, if all else fails then common sense will prevail.
v. All electrical equipment must be tested and have a valid portable appliance test sticker attached to it. This is a condition of our use of the venue. Attendees may choose to have equipment PAT tested ahead of time or we can perform PAT testing at the venue. This will incur a nominal fee for each item tested. Guidance on PAT testing can be found on our website.
